Actress Alexandra Daddario’s Secret to Radiant Glow Revealed: Hot Yoga, Acupuncture, and Homemade Pasta!

The arrival of warmer weather is starting to make its presence known, and Alexandra Daddario seems to be relishing every moment of it. The White Lotus star recently graced her Instagram followers with a plethora of photos in which she is soaking up the sun’s rays with her pup. The images showcase a strong and content Daddario, beginning with one where she lounges on a chair in a charming bikini that bares a peek of her toned abs, while her furry friend takes shelter in the shadows. The photos show the pooch grinning from ear to ear, followed by a shot of the actress showing off her sculpted legs while wrapped in a towel, again with her loyal companion by her side.

The caption she wrote for the post consists of a beach and sun emoji, and it garnered several comments from her adoring fans. One person exclaimed, “Oh Lord have mercy,” while another declared her “gorgeous as always…🔥❤️😍.”

So, what is the secret to Daddario’s radiant glow? Well, according to a past interview with Women’s Health, the actress is a devoted practitioner of hot yoga and acupuncture. “​​If I do them back-to-back, it’s almost like a computer rebooting,” she stated.

In a BTS video of her yoga practice from last year, Daddario effortlessly transitions from one pose to the next, gracefully executing moves like child’s pose and downward dog with ease.

When she’s not sweating it out at the gym, Daddario enjoys staying active outdoors, stating that “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature.”

As for her meals, Daddario prefers to be her own chef, cooking up a storm in her kitchen. She revealed to Women’s Health that her typical breakfast consists of a cappuccino accompanied by fruit, egg whites with spinach, and toast. For lunch, she might opt for a Beyond Burger or a stir fry featuring chicken, zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots, washed down with a refreshing iced green or black tea. For dinner, she prefers a hearty meal like filet with pasta.

“The other day we had leftover chipotle chicken, and I just threw that in some pasta,” she revealed. “I just am obsessed with making all different flavors of pasta–to the point where my husband starts to be like, ‘No more pasta!'” she added with a chuckle. “Everyone’s obsessed with Parmesan cheese in the house, so I put a lot of parmesan on everything with olive oil or butter. Sometimes a combo if it’s a really exciting night!”
